We are located in New York's East Village and welcome everyone into membership, regardless of race, economic means, political preference, married/single status or sexual orientation. We are a richly diverse neighborhood. We live our Christianity in word and deed.

Founded on February 12, 1999 by Mrs. Priscilla y. Payne, The Roland J. Payne Center of Hope is an orphanage dedicated to the honor of the late Roland J. Payne, former Bishop of the Lutheran Church in Liberia, West Africa.

Trinity Lower East Side Lutheran Parish Donation to RJP Center of Hope Orphanage
Trinity Lower East Side donated a special offering with over $2,000.00 to the RJP Orphanage in May 2007.
